A LITTLE CURIOSITY GOES A LONG WAY.

Your place has a story. Let people play it.

A building, a collection, a garden or an attraction can hold more stories than visitors notice. A commissioned Unloc City trail turns those details into a sequence of discoveries within your place.

Discuss a venue experience

Built around your place, with you.

A venue experience can combine outdoor approaches, courtyards and permitted indoor spaces. Clues are tied to observable details rather than generic trivia. Players reveal the next stop only after solving the current one.

The scope is agreed directly with the venue team. Unloc City provides bespoke puzzle trails, branded touchpoints and accessible routing tailored to your visitor journey and opening hours.

Start with the route and access.

Useful planning begins with your visitor groups, permitted areas, opening times and admission rules. We can discuss stop order, floors, accessible approaches, signage, alternate clues and what should happen during a closure.

Indoor experiences can use approved QR signs or short codes where GPS is unsuitable. Public content, access notes, imagery and any placement of signs need to be checked and approved before publication. Historic or restricted spaces must not become a shortcut for gameplay.

A simple visitor journey.

Guests enter through a venue link or entrance QR, review the details and download the essential content. They do not need a player account. A downloaded game can work without reliable reception, subject to initial installation and download readiness.

Answers, location checks and progress stay on the visitor’s device. This model does not provide staff with individual player tracking or verified redemption records. Optional offers and sponsorship can be discussed separately from the route itself.

From a conversation to a checked experience.

Send an enquiry describing your venue, audience and idea. We agree scope, pricing and dates with you before work goes live. Payment uses an externally hosted invoice; payment confirmation and publication remain separate owner-led steps.

A preview and a real-world route check come before launch. Ongoing revisions and urgent availability changes let an experience respond to new displays or closures without silently rewriting a visitor’s active run. Tell us about your place and we can work out what fits.
